Spaghetti with Broccoli & Cauliflower

Wow, today I fed 34 Homeless. It is the most people I ever fed all at once. :) How exciting is that ??!! :)

I made two great big pots of Spaghetti earlier today & have very little left over. They also went through 3 big loves of bread. I might be able to feed 5 more people at the most on Monday, but that will be it for this meal.

I cooked 6 lbs. of ground beef, 4 lbs. of pasta, 3 lbs. of broccoli, 2 lbs. of cauliflower, 3 lbs. of mushrooms, 4 can's of stewed tomatoes, & three huge bottles of spaghetti sauce. And it almost all got eaten up !! :)

I will be sleeping good tonight knowing that there are a bunch of people with full tummy's in Tucson. :)
